2. Data Collection & Inventory

Each item is cataloged with specifications: pipe size, operating temperature, current insulation condition, location, and quantity. Nothing is missed.

3. Engineering Analysis

NAIMA 3E Plus v5.1 calculates heat loss for each component in both current and upgraded conditions, using site-specific parameters (fuel type, efficiency, hours, ambient temp).

4. Preliminary Report

A comprehensive interactive report details every item, system-level summaries, total savings projections, CO₂/NOₓ reductions, and thermal photo documentation.

5. Qualified Contractor Bidding

Your EEQA representative solicits bids from our qualified contractors. Allow 4–6 weeks for bidding to complete. A Final Report follows upon completion.

6. Quality Control Verification

After installation, a QC visit confirms that all mechanical insulation meets specifications — ensuring the projected savings are actually delivered.
